"Deadliest Day Since the Handover of Power" is inspired by 
the suicide bombing in Baqubah, Iraq which killed 68 people. 
The bomb targeted people applying for jobs at an Iraqi 
police station. The bomb also destroyed local markets.

The statement "deadliest day since the handover of power" 
has been used many times since the June 28th transfer of power.
