"There is a Boogyman" was inspired by yesterday's terrorist bombings in London.
There have not been any acts of terrorism in the U.S. since 9/11 but the 
attack on London (and the 2004 Madrid train bombings) reminds us that 
the boogyman (a.k.a. Al Quaeda) is still out there.
