"Does This Bracelet Make Me Look Fat?" was inspired by the Live 8 concerts, 
the upcoming G-8 Summit and the One Campaign. 

The Live 8 concerts around the world aimed put pressure on G-8 leaders to 
commit billions of dollars in aid and debt relief for Africa and raise 
awareness of the general public. The "One" campaign is trying to rally 
Americans to join the fight against global AIDS and poverty. People are 
wearing white wristbands imprinted with the word "ONE" to show their support.
