It's No Use Crying Over Spilled Oil

Oil continues to spew from the Deepwater Horizon well.
The Defense Department continues to purchase an immense amount of fuel and petroleum products from BP.
A Taiwanese ship called 'A Whale' is the world's largest skimmer - it arrived near the spill on Saturday but is currently hindered by bad weather in the Gulf.
