Whistleblower

Inspired by:

Inspired by the verdict in the Bradley Manning trial. The corporate media (and the general public at large) did not give this much attention at all. In this painting, "Whistleblower", I have Manning blowing a whistle and the only one who hears and pays him any attention is the dog. And, the reporters are interviewing the dog, not Manning ... my commentary on how the mainstream nightly news often spends more time on the 'human interest' stories (i.e. the dog that can say "I love you") than on the real and important issues in the world.
