Woodrow Wilson
Often heralded as 'one of the greatest Presidents', there is much to the story of Woodrow Wilson that is rarely discussed in history books. After the Civil War, Washington DC's largely black population finally had access to federal jobs and were integrated with white workers. Wilson put an end to that and brought "Jim Crow" laws back in to Washington.
