This festival is one of my yearly rituals and I wouldn't miss it
for the world. Arts on Foot has grown bigger and better every year. Set
up in front of the newly reopened Smithsonian National Portrait
Gallery, I couldn't ask for a better place to exhibit and sell my
paintings.
