	July 2, 2013: Bugged Inspired by: As published at the weekend by Der Spiegel in Germany and The Guardian in Britain; there are allegations that US security services bugged EU missions and the embassies of friendly European countries - including the French, Italian and Greek embassies. Also, President Vladimir Putin said that Russia would not hand Edward Snowden over to the United States. But that if Snowden wants to stay in Russia he "must stop his work aimed at harming our American partners".
